This Typeface License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [Alleyway Designs], hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and the individual or entity purchasing the typeface, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."
Grant of License:
- The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the typeface for Commercial [desktop, print, website] and Logotype [logo or wordmark] as outlined in the selected license type.
Commercial License:
- Our commercial license is a comprehensive bundled package that includes usage rights across all media platforms, including desktop, print, social media, and website, all under a single brand. If you intend to create for a different brand, a separate license is necessary.
Logomark License:
- The logomark license allows you to use the fonts for designing a logo or wordmark for one brand. If you intend to create for a different brand, a separate license is necessary. The licensed brand can use the logomark across diverse all platforms such as print, social media, website, etc. You may convert the font to outlines and make modifications.
Restrictions:
- The Licensee agrees not to: a. Modify, adapt, or alter the typeface [unless purchasing the Logomark License]. b. Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the typeface to third parties. c. Use the typeface in a manner that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights. d. Use the typeface for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Ownership:
- The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the typeface, including any updates, modifications, or derivatives.
Payment:
- The Licensee agrees to pay the specified fee for the selected license type. Payment details and methods will be provided upon purchase.
Term and Termination:
- The license is effective upon full payment and shall continue perpetually unless terminated by either party. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license if the Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement.
Warranty and Refunds:
- The typeface is provided "as is." The Licensor makes no warranties regarding the typeface's fitness for a particular purpose or its error-free operation. The Licensor may provide support at their discretion.
- Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not issue any refund, because once you have downloaded the font file, we have no way to verify if you deleted it or not.
Miscellaneous:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

By purchasing and downloading the typeface, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
